Whatever the method, animals (and humans) are put at ease in her presence. Morgan's experience, creativity and patience with her subjects produce the anticipated goals of her clients and the wonderful unexpected moments.

Morgan’s heart is always connected to projects that create awareness, change and rescue within the animal world. Her new book called The Chicago Pet Project is available via www.thepuppymillproject.org. All proceeds go towards ending Puppymills and providing vet care for those pets rescued. This book showcases well-known Chicagoans and their pets.

She also has collaborated efforts with author Ken Foster in a book called “I’m a Good Dog”, voted as Vanity Fair’s top five Christmas Gift ideas 2012. The Chicago Blackhawks with their pitbull rescue efforts.

Morgan has three beautiful pitbulls Lenny, Ruby and Luna, one charismatic parrot Skittles, two funny guinea pigs Harry Freddy and Slick Fred, rescued bunnies JoJo and Hopper, and a bearded dragon named Turtle.

In 2004, Morgan rescued her first pitbull from Virginia Animal Control. This dog (Lenny) opened her eyes to this amazing breed and the stigma that also follows them. She began educating herself and others about the breed, their statistics, the misguided perception of the public and all the organizations trying to help pitbulls. She continues to be a pitbull advocate through her photography.
